Making a decision to finally sell my home was very difficult since losing my husband 3 years ago but finding and having Mark as my real estate was the best decision I made.

Mark understood my need to sell so that I could move onto the next step in my life and took the time to take me to many homes for sale knowing what my needs were and during this time I was able to find a brand new manufactured home in a 55 + community not to far from family and friends.

Mark is knowledgeable and helped us sell our condo in Auburn in June. He is responsive, patient and kind. He is never pushy and went above and beyond to help us stage the condo.

Pictures were taken by a professional photographer and he helped us move out of the condo after the sale, which was more than what we expected. He drove to our HOA office to get the resale certificate when we were busy with work and paid for rush delivery on our behalf. He is the type of professionals who make you feel you can trust them with your home and alleviate the pain during the home selling process. When the buyer demanded a two day rent right away, he also paid on our behalf first. He is more like a family member than an agent. You can’t buy peace of mind, but with Mark, it is possible to go through the process without much stress and still get sleep at night.

Mark was a god sent. It was my first time buying a house and used a relator recommended by my bank that after 3 weeks of showing my properties above my price range which i told her i decided to find some else and found Mark. In 1 day Mark found 5 properties that were fha approved and within my price range. He took me around to look at the places in his car and made and offer IN 1 DAY. Though the process from start till close Mark always keep me informed on what was going on and explain to me the process and made me feel comfortable in what i was doing which is what i needed. I have only positive to say about Mark. I am selling my home after 46 years and it has been an extremely easy process. I had two incompetent realtors in 2015 and had to give up after almost a year. This house sold for more than asking in 6 days, He said he would sell and he did. I truely appreciate his skills in knowing how to schedule and handle the inspectors and appraisers.
