There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

So please take a moment to read the following testimonials. I hope they indicate my experience and integrity, as well as make it clear how much I enjoy helping people with their real estate needs.

I would be happy to email you additional testimonials if you are interested.

"Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations."

Mary Carson, Marysville

"Thank you so much for all your work and expertise in marketing and selling our home. It was a real pleasure to deal with someone in whom we had so much confidence."

Thank you for being a part of our effort to erect a 40' flag pole at the SKCR office. I have good news, and more good news, and then some more good news!
When we started this project, we didn't know how much it would cost. Now we know. $13,500. To date, we have amassed $12,900., and I suppose you could say we're "just about there"! Frankly, we're just about there in more ways than one. The flag pole base was set in concrete to a depth of about 6 feet underground last week. The 40' flag pole will be put in place on June 5. That's right, it might be in place before you even read this email.
The really exciting news is that we are having a special dedication ceremony which is scheduled for Friday, June 13 at 2:00 P.M. at the SKCR office. This is the day before "Flag Day", June 14. As I have said all along, our flag pole will be dedicated to our Veterans, and the ceremony will be conducted by the V.F.W. Please accept this email as you personal invitation to that event as someone who helped make this happen. I am hoping personally that I see each and every one of you there for this special event.
For those of you who ordered bricks, you received an order form about two weeks ago, and most of them have come back with your personal instructions. Our first brick order will go out to the brick company next week, with future orders to follow as your requests come in. The concrete base which will support the bricks will be completed in late July, and I anticipate, the bricks will be in place in August.
If you think I'm excited, you're right. I never dreamed this project would come together this quickly. And without your support, it never would have. Thank you again, and please try to carve out some time for us on June 13.

Everything is good, thanks for asking. The locksmith was about $80 more than I had expected, but the locks were middle of the line quality so it cost about $40 more each. It was going to be $100 to change the garage door opener, so I'll figure out how to do that myself or will just live with it.

Now that our business is over, say hi to Holly for me. I'll keep the hammer in my car for some Sunday.

Thanks again, Mark, for your encouragement the whole way through!
